Terms & Conditions for Booking
Our working hours are 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
On Monday-Friday, from 8am until 5pm, the booking charge for call-out assessments for up to one hour is €70, payable at the time of booking.
If the assessment takes more than one hour, there will be an extra charge payable on-site.
For evening call-out assessments (from 5pm until 8pm) and on weekends, the booking charge for up to one hour is €100, payable at the time of booking.
Any required parts, such as for lock replacements or other tasks, will be charged separately.
